The orcinus orca system is a maintenance-free temperature control system that reliably and continuously monitors the flow rate and temperature of water or oil. The dual ultrasonic measurement provides a non-contact and accurate measurement of flow rates, eliminating the need for filters. The system can be easily integrated into any injection moulding machine thanks to a wide range of interfaces with machine manufacturers. Mould data record storage and a touch screen display make operation easy. High performance sensors and manifold blocks made from temperature and pressure resistant components allow use at temperatures up to 180 degrees Celsius.
